I wrote this 3-part commercial series to introduce the European cash back app, Shopmium, to a U.S. audience. They garnered millions of impressions running on CTV and successfully drove 1,000s of consumers to the app store.
Why did they resonate? Because our (generally) female Millennial audience saw themselves in our main character, Lily. They watched her in three significant life events—a first date, a proposal, and becoming a parent—use Shopmium to help her save money and alleviate the stress of inflation.
Plus, we included some great “awww” moments with puppies and babies. Everyone loves cute.
